At Curvalift, we strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. We only ship our products to the United Kingdom.


Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your doorstep completely free of charge, with no minimum purchase required.


Shipping Your Order

Have you found the perfect look on our website? Naturally, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Here are the average delivery times for all our packages:

  • After placing your order, we require 1–2 business days to process it. During the week, this takes one business day. However, if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it is shipped and typically takes 4–6 business days to arrive.

After placing your order, you’ll be able to see when your package will arrive within just a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code via email, allowing you to track your package through our tracking partner. You can learn more about this on our Track & Trace page.

Delivering Your Order

When your order arrives, you can enjoy your purchase! However, things can sometimes go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return an item? Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.


Damaged Product

We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, products can sometimes be damaged during transit. In such cases, we will send you a replacement package free of charge for the first incident, but we cannot provide a refund. If the issue occurs a second time, we will refund your full purchase amount.


Ordering

The ordering process at Curvalift is simple:

  1. Visit the product page and add your desired item to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  2. Check to ensure you’ve selected the correct variants.
  3. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout."
  4. On the information page, fill out your address details. Make sure all information is accurate.
  5. Once confirmed, click "Continue to Shipping."

On the "Shipping" page, you’ll have another opportunity to review your address details. It also highlights that shipping is completely free. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. Proceed by clicking "Continue to Payment."

For payment options, you can choose from several secure payment methods. All payment options on curvalift.com are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a safe payment environment:

After selecting your preferred payment method, click "Complete Order." You will then be redirected to the payment page of your chosen method. Follow the instructions to complete your order. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Lost Package

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before processing a refund or return. If the order has not been received within 60 days of shipping, a refund can be issued.
