Refund Policy

Not satisfied with your order? That’s unfortunate! We’d love to hear what we can do to make you happy.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, giving you more time to decide. Once we receive your return, we ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How Do I Request a Return?

To start a return, you can contact us via info@mycurvalift.com. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.


How Do I Return an Item?

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Ensure the package is provided with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Note: The return address we provide will be the supplier’s return address. The supplier is located abroad, so return costs may be higher. For this reason, we will offer you an alternative solution in your favor before proceeding with the return.


Am I Eligible for a Return?

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition (as received) and include all tags and labels. The product must not show any signs of use. (Check the return conditions to see if hygienically sensitive products are eligible for return.)

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have been used or damaged beyond our control. Request your return form via our customer service.

In the case of a return process (if applicable), the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, excluding the shipping costs for the goods, without delay and no later than 14 business days from the day the Seller receives the return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Return Conditions

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, bodysuits, personal care products, and makeup are not covered under Curvalift’s return policy due to hygiene reasons.
  • Provide the return shipment with a tracking number (at your own cost).
  • Email a photo of the tracking code on the day of shipment.
  • The return form and invoice must be printed and included in the package.
  • The product must be returned in unused condition.
  • The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
  • The product will be inspected for customer-caused damage. Sending back a damaged product due to customer actions will not be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

The payments you made, excluding the shipping costs for the goods as outlined in the terms, will be refunded to you without delay, and in any case, no later than 14 business days from the day we receive your return package. The Seller will process the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer in the original transaction unless the Customer agrees to a different arrangement. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees for this refund.


Consumer Complaints - Defective Product

If goods purchased from us are found to be defective, you have the right to file a claim.

Regarding the defect, you can request:

  • Replacement of the item with a non-defective version,
  • Repair of the defect,
  • A price reduction.

You can file a complaint within one year after noticing the defect, but the complaint period cannot end before the expiration of the item’s warranty period.

Your complaint will be processed within 30 days after we receive it.

To ensure your return is processed quickly, confirm the return address with our customer service via info@mycurvalift.com. Then send the package via a courier and provide us with the tracking number.
